'Ulysses' is a large boiler 0-6-0 tank engine with design inspirations from Hunslet and Hudswell Clarke.

Ulysses is a freestyle model designed to fit the loading gauge of 16mm scale and 'G' scale.

The loco is internally gas fired and has radio control for speed and direction.  The body is of etched brass with rivet detail around the cab.  The cab roof lifts up to give access to gas, water and lubrication fillers.  Both the boiler and lubrication have under floor drain valves.  The boiler is 21/4" diameter and is of the special 'T' flue design which gives easy lighting and extended water capacity.

The unique feature of Ulysses is that it can be ordered in any of three chassis styles.  Outside frame dual gauge for those who are likely to run on 32mm and 45 mm track.  Inside frame 45 mm gauge; or inside frame 32 mm gauge, for those people who will only run on one gauge of track and who like to see the spoked wheels go round.
